For his buyers and sellers, he uses all of the experience he has garnered working in the corporate world as the Executive Vice President of a Silicon Valley property tax company whose clients were Fortune 500 companies. His experience in that highly competitive and demanding world helps him calmly navigate through tough negotiations and overcome the unexpected hurdles in the buying and selling process.

Lance works with his clients to create realistic goals, overcome market challenges and deliver the best possible experience throughout the process.

For his investor clients, Lance helps find the best opportunities to maximize their profits and deliver on their strategies. He works with his many vendors and service providers to connect investors to the professionals and services needed to achieve success. He has worked with investors both in residential and commercial transactions over the years and loves to connect people and create opportunities.

For agents looking to join Sol Property Advisors, Inc Lance is a former productivity coach with Keller Williams Realty and was also on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) at Keller Williams. Their version of a board of directors for each market center. Lance has been professionally coached in real estate by some of the best real estate coaches and leaders in real estate. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Santa Cruz Association of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors.

Lance is married to his awesome and beautiful wife, Julia, who is from Hamburg, Germany. They have twin girls and love to spend time hanging out, traveling when possible, and trying to do their best at enjoying life. Kids grow up fast and he doesn’t want to miss a minute of it. Lance is also a life long musician and loves to write songs and record with his fellow musician friends.
